In-Home and Community Support is designed to help individuals and families learn and develop skills through one-on-one staff support, whether in the home or community. This program supports individuals who live independently or with family.

Community Participation Support assists individuals build the skills they need for success in their communities, using a person-centered approach to develop social skills, build a sense of community, and teach job-readiness skills. It is designed to replace the typical brick-and-mortar day program by offering personalized services.

Our Companionship program assists individuals to live independently within their homes and communities. This program offers assistance with grocery shopping, house cleaning, meal preparation, doctor's appointments, and many other areas to help provide the tools for success!
