YEP Housing Program

At the Youth Enrichment Project, our Housing Program helps adults with disabilities and other challenges find and maintain safe, stable housing. We believe that housing is the foundation for independence and community connection.

What We Do

• Housing Transition Services – We assist individuals in searching for homes, applying for rentals, and navigating housing systems.
• Tenancy Support – Our staff provide ongoing coaching, landlord communication, and budgeting support to help participants maintain their housing.
• Community Partnerships – By working alongside human service professionals and local real estate experts, we ensure each person finds housing that meets their needs.
• Individualized Support – Every plan is person-centered, focusing on independence, stability, and long-term success.
