About Us!

As siblings and co-founders of the Youth Enrichment Project, Kelly and Nate share more than a vision—they share a lifetime of experiences that shaped the organization they lead today.

Growing up in a family of six, they watched their mother work tirelessly to provide for their family while earning an education and making sure every one of her children had opportunities to grow. Whether it was youth group, sports, school activities, or volunteering in the community, she taught them that investing in people is one of the greatest gifts you can give.

Those experiences left a lasting impact. The lessons of hard work, compassion, service, and community became the foundation of who they are as adults and the values that guide the Youth Enrichment Project every day.

What began as a passion for helping children and families has grown into an organization dedicated to strengthening communities through support for children, families, and individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. Every program reflects the same belief they were raised with: that everyone deserves the opportunity to belong, grow, and reach their full potential.
