The Pennsylvania Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) provides Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) that help individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism live meaningful, independent lives in their homes and communities instead of institutional settings.
These services are funded through Pennsylvania's Medicaid Waiver Program and are designed to support each person's unique goals, strengths, and interests.
At Youth Enrichment Project (YEP), we proudly partner with individuals, families, and Supports Coordinators to provide person-centered services that promote independence, inclusion, and community participation.
ODP Waiver Services are available to eligible Pennsylvanians with an intellectual disability and/or autism who meet program requirements and are enrolled in an approved ODP Waiver. Individuals work with a Supports Coordinator to determine eligibility, develop an Individual Support Plan (ISP), and identify the services that best meet their needs.
We believe support should be more than just providing services—it should create opportunities. Our team focuses on building independence, encouraging meaningful community involvement, and helping each individual reach their personal goals while respecting their choices and promoting self-determination.
Stronger Communities. Stronger Lives.
