Community Participation Support (CPS) helps individuals with developmental disabilities and autism build independence, develop meaningful relationships, and actively engage in their communities. Through personalized, one-on-one support, we focus on each person's goals, interests, and strengths while promoting inclusion, confidence, and a more fulfilling everyday life.

Our Housing Services help individuals with developmental disabilities and autism find, secure, and maintain safe, stable housing. From locating a home and navigating applications to building the skills needed for successful independent living, we're here to provide personalized support every step of the way.
